How do I sign up for the Water Works Carwash Unlimited Club?
You can easily sign up for our Unlimited Club either through our e-commerce or by visiting our car wash.
Our friendly team members will be more than happy to assist you in the sign-up process.
When will I be billed for my monthly membership?
Your initial payment will be processed on the day you sign up and begin your Unlimited Club membership.
Subsequent payments will be auto-drafted from your account on the same day each month for the duration of your membership.
What happens if I get a new license plate or new vehicle?
If you acquire a new license plate or vehicle, simply stop by our office before using the wash or call us and a team member will gladly assist you. We’ll help you transfer your Unlimited Club plan hassle-free.
Can I use my Water Works Unlimited Club membership on more than one vehicle?
No, each Water Works Unlimited Club plan is specific to a single vehicle.
However, adding additional vehicles to your membership is easy, click here to learn about our Family plan discounts!
How do I cancel my monthly Water Works Unlimited Club plan?
We’re sad to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change.
You can either stop by our office to cancel or modify your plan with the assistance of our team members. Alternatively, click here to open our cancellation form and proceed with the cancellation process.
What happens when I cancel my club membership?
If you choose to cancel your membership, it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You’ll continue to enjoy the benefits until then.
