How do I sign up for the Water Works Unlimited Club?
Sign up here through our website or stop by our car wash and let one of our team members assist you.
When will I be billed for my monthly membership?
Your Water Works Unlimited Club payment will come out of your account the day that you sign up and begin your membership. We will then auto-draft your payment on the same day each month for the duration of your membership.
What happens if I get a new license plate or new vehicle?
Stop by our office before you drive through the wash and we will transfer your plan with no trouble at all.
Can I use my Water Works Unlimited Club membership on more than one vehicle?
No. Water Works Unlimited Club plans are specific to each vehicle. If you would like to add additional vehicles, we can easily set you up with a plan.
How do I cancel my monthly Water Works Unlimited Club Plan?
We hate to see you go. However, you may stop by the office to quickly cancel or alter your plan with the help of one of our team members.
What happens when I cancel my club membership?
If you cancel your membership it will still continue until the next billing cycle.
